Connect CRM and Lotus Notus
XSed did a data integration project for a producer of medical equipment between Oracle JD Edwards CRM and Lotus Notes.
The CRM module was implemented to support the salesforce to facilitate the registration of customer visits. Many salesmen make appointments with pharmacies and their contact information and calendar needed to be synchronised with the mailplatform Lotus Notes.
XSed used Talend Enterprise Professional edition to realise the interface between Oracle JD Edwards en Lotus Notus. From both systems contact information, appointments and activities can be synchronised.
